OK…so again I guess I haven’t been keeping up with daily entries. I think I am going to give up on that and stop apologizing as long as I get in here when I have time and update. Honestly as long as I do my weekly Weigh-Ins and post those then I would consider this a success as it keeps me focused on my goal. So this week I have lost 2.8lbs bringing me to a total of 8.4lbs lost in 4 weeks. That’s 2.1lbs/week and healthy weight loss. As long as I keep that up I will be a happy camper. I know it is early to celebrate as I am still over 300lbs, but based on this rate of loss, I will be there for 6 more weeks. I am actually OK with that as long as I don’t go in the other direction. I don’t mind if this takes me a year to get where I want to be as long as when I get there I stay there. It may seem like a long way off, but I am willing to wait. I have gained 70lbs over the past 10 years. If I succeed in losing just that this year I will be ecstatic! Granted 10 years ago I was not in the greatest shape either, but I am hopeful that in my journey to get back down there I will gain a lot of muscle and cardiovascular ability that I did not have back then. I am sure I could get back down there by simply starving myself and being miserable for a year, but I would rather work my ass off all year long and be in great shape by this time next year. I have a long way to go though. Anyway, I think I am repeating myself so I will move on to my daily reports.
I think I am not going to comment on days that only include streak achievements anymore. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. If I get fancy things or have an especially hard workout I may bring it up, otherwise it will just be pretty pictures.
Boo….no workout today. I hit my move goal and decided to be lazy. I should probably avoid that in the future.
I meant to do the Arc for 30 minutes or more and then do a TRX workout and then do more Arc to try for my 400% goal. That didn’t work out like I planned. I think just having pizza rolls for dinner did not give me enough energy as I was exhausted after the Arc. Oh well. I need to eat better next week so this doesn’t happen. I want that damn 400% achievement!
And that’s all I have for now. I will try to do at least one more update this week, probably Sunday with my week closeout. If I get in at least 3 more 15+ minute workouts I can still get my 7/7 achievement, but I lost my perfect workout and perfect all 3 for the week because of Wednesday. Oh well. I promise I will get it next week.
