Days 19-25

I swear this is supposed to be a daily blog and not a weekly, but apparently I have not been keeping up with that.  The good news is that I have been keeping up with my workouts (well I missed one day but still going strong)  Below are some pretty pictures and what I remember from the days in question. 

Day 19

Holy cow that’s a bunch of pictures!  Although, I am REALLY annoyed that I did not hit 400%.  I missed it by 85 active calories.   2115/2200 that I needed.  All because I decided to take a nap before going to the Gym.  I have decided that I should not do that any more.  That being said, I took quite a few of those this week and never achieved 400%.  Next week.  I did get 300% and that is saying something. Smile and I hit my elusive new move record and new exercise record.  Obviously I will have to defeat those both again on my way to 400%, but I want that in January so I can start increasing my move goal.

Nothing earth shattering on Monday.  Improved my streak and almost hit 200% of my move goal, but not quite.

Day 21

A bit of a low activity day, but I hit all my goals and increased my streak.  Not sure what the duplication is about.  I think my Activity App is drunk.

Hit 200% on Thursday. Can’t remember much about that day…. oh well.

Day 23

YAY! New Bling! I finally completed 7 workouts of 15 minutes or more in a week.  I thought it required a workout of 15 minutes each day, but apparently it counts multiple workouts separately. So now I only need the 400% Achievement to be fully maxed out.  I love gamification. Winking smile

Day 24

So…this is the first day I have missed my move goal since 1/1.  Kinda sad about that, but my stomach was messed up all day and I did not feel like it was a good idea to leave the house or do any strenuous exercise.  I still met my move goal so I still am on track for my monthly Achievement, but I still hate seeing the gap there.  Gonna try to avoid that as much as possible in the future.

Day 25

Finally, all caught up!  That took a while.  If I did them every day they would be more interesting and take less time.  I’m gonna aim for that.  So, because of the missed exercise goal yesterday I missed out on 2 potential achievements.  I have gotten them before, but I still like getting all the shiny things at the end of the week.  Gonna do better next week to make sure I get those.  I also want to make sure I lose more than 2lbs so I can enjoy a soda. Winking smile  I got my perfect week achievements for move and stand and of course I extended my streak to (again, not sure how this works) 26 days.
