Yay! I have to admit I was a bit scared to step on the scale this morning because my daily weigh-ins (which I won’t be publishing) have not been promising and I had Dominos pizza for dinner last night. However, I have been exercising really hard and drinking a lot of water so I suppose it makes sense. So 5 lbs in 2 weeks…looks like healthy weight loss to me. Just gotta keep it going in that direction.
